At Vault de Jure, I know how heavy it can feel to worry about an elderly mother, grandmother, or loved one, specially when you can’t be close by. Many widows and elderly women are suddenly faced with managing everything alone: bills, contracts, appointments, confusing paperwork, and sometimes even people trying to take advantage of them (and the scammers are getting worse!).

 

That’s why I created a warm, personal Concierge Service for Elderly Women. This isn’t a call centre, an AI chatbot, or a faceless service. I offer real support, real guidance, and real care. This service gives peace of mind to families and gives elderly women someone trustworthy to contact whenever they need help.

 

What the Concierge Service Includes:

 

1. Gentle Legal Help & Guidance

I help make sense of any documents or contracts that may be confusing or stressful.
This includes:

• Reading through contracts and service agreements

• Checking for anything unfair or suspicious

• Making sure they fully understand what they’re signing

• Offering simple explanations about anything legal, like housing, estate matters, or care services

Everything is explained in plain language, no complicated legal talk.

2. Financial Support & Budgeting Help

Many elderly women feel overwhelmed by bills and monthly expenses, especially widows who suddenly need to handle finances alone. Confidentiality is of utmost importance, I assist by:

• Helping create easy-to-follow monthly budgets

• Checking if anything looks unusual or incorrect

• Talking through bills, statements, or invoices

• Giving guidance on which services to keep, cancel, or adjust

• Making sure they feel confident and safe with their money

 

3. Personal Support & Check-In Visits

I offer real, caring, in-person support, not just phone calls.
This may include:

• Home visits to check in and make sure they’re doing well

• Helping with small tasks that feel overwhelming

• Spending time with them so they feel seen, heard, and supported

• Updating the family if needed

Sometimes assistance looks like organising paperwork… and sometimes it’s simply sharing a cup of tea and listening.

4. Protection Against Scammers & Confusing Calls

Sadly, elderly women, especially widows or women living alone, are often targeted by scammers or pressured into bad deals.
I help protect them by:

• Being the trusted person they can call before agreeing to anything

• Checking if an offer, message, contract, or call is legitimate

• Giving honest guidance so they don’t feel rushed or tricked

• Providing families with peace of mind that someone is looking out for them

For families who live far away, I become your eyes, ears, and loving support.
